BNC Publishing’s Leaders in Food & Beverage Awards will take place at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on Wednesday 9 November, celebrating excellence and innovation in the Middle East’s restaurant and catering industry
Mohamed Karam, senior business development manager, Middle East & Africa, Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions / InSinkErator reveals why his company is sponsoring the event.
Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s Leaders in F&B Awards?
The Leaders in F&B Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the region’s food and beverage industry. We are always looking for new tools to encourage and motivate our customers and partners, and we think the Leaders in F&B Awards will give us a way to achieve this goal.
What is your opinion of the Middle East’s F&B landscape?
The Middle East is one of the fastest growing F&B markets in the world. Recently, we’ve seen a huge increase in international food and beverage and hotel brands opening in the region, and there is a strong pipeline for the future.
What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months?
Our aim is to provide best-in-class solutions for food waste handling and water dispensing technology, and to add value to our customers and partners’ operations by increasing hygiene, reducing costs and making their operations more sustainable and environmentally responsible.
