Warwick Dubai has appointed new director of food & beverage, Rohinton Bharucha.
With 20 years’ experience in hospitality, Bharucha first arrived in Dubai in 2001, and has worked in the F&B departments of Metropolitan Palace Hotel and Sofitel City Centre Hotel and Residence.
In 2005 he moved to Bin Hendi Hospitality as assistant brand manager in charge of 20 outlets, across nine brands. He later joined Daoud & Partners Catering Services team as GM, where he headed 200 staff across three kitchens, producing 45,000 meals daily.
Bharucha’s most recent role was as director of operations at Good Food Concepts, which delivers catering services in Mumbai.

In his new role, Bharucha will oversee the F&B of the property’s five outlets: Deli Grind, Jimmy Wickets Sports Bar & Grill, Baÿty Restaurant, Zephry Rooftop Lounge and Zenses Restaurant, as well as in-room dining and events.
