Chef David Myers will be hosting cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and launching a new dining concept at his restaurant, Blue Blanc.
During this year’s Dubai Food Festival, the American Chef will be offering a cooking masterclass to visitors at the Beach Canteen on 12 February and engage with them through a Q&A session on 23 February.
Launching a new dining concept at one of his restaurants, Bleu Blanc, David Myers will also be plating up his signature dishes while taking guests on a culinary journey as he hosts an exclusive three-day Chefs Table experience, which will begin with a personalised mixology experience at the Bleu Blanc bar, followed by a three course dinner prepared in front of guests at the Grill Counter.
Chefs Table will be hosted by David Myers for three nights only during the Dubai Food Festival, from 22-24 February after which Bleu Blanc resident Chef Alex will host the experience.
