Following a complete renovation, Mina’s Kitchen, located at The Westin Mina Seyahi, has reopened its doors.
The restaurant can be found in the heart of the hotel, in the space previously housed by Blue Orange. Boasting a new terrace complete with an outdoor bar, Mina’s Kitchen is a spot for alfresco dining. Moving inside, an array of live cooking stations set the scene, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mina’s Kitchen has announced a special for Eid, which will run from August 10-13, offering lunch or dinner dining just AED 99 per person, with kids dining for free.
Paying an ode to family tradition, daily offerings include cherished family recipes handed down through generations. From Chef Khamphuns secret family pad thai recipe and Chef Danielle’s Nonna’s world famous lasagne to a fiery rogan josh recipe treasured by Chef Sunil – diners can experience family traditions from all corners of the globe.
Dishes include poached eggs, healthy chia puddings, salmon en croute, beef wellington, and dim sum – in addition to a pizza-making station for little ones. Mina’s Kitchen’s “360 healthy” menu offers an array of healthy and nutritious options including a selection of raw and organic foods such as sushi, poke bowls, Vietnamese spring rolls, create-your-own healthy salads, sandwiches and wraps.
