Luigia, located in Rixos Premium at JBR, has launched a new, authentic Italian menu.
The fresh menu pays tribute to Italian grandmothers, and includes new antipasti plates such as carpaccio, fried pizza dough with Buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato, black pepper and basil, traditional spaghetti alla Nerano (with zucchini) and more.
‘Secondi’ platters include tagliata di manzo (seared sliced steak) featuring wagyu beef filet, tagliata with rocket salad and datterini tomatoes, and ricciola scottata in padella (pan-seared fish).
