Jumeirah Al Naseem is showcasing the exotic blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine known as “Nikkei” with the launch of its new pop-up, KAYTO.
With a menu by Japanese-Argentinian Chef Cristian Goya, the KAYTO pop-up is open for lunch and dinner, serving Peruvian-Nikkei flavours alongside a selection of Japanese-inspired beverages.
Designed to embrace sharing, Chef Goya’s innovative new menu features everything from fresh ceviche, special sushi nigiri and rolls, to robust meat dishes, showcases authentic flavours of Japan and South America such as miso, yuzu, truffle and lime.
Dishes include roasted langoustines in a sweet and sour sauce and miso-caramelized eggplant, followed by expertly prepared crudo and signature dishes such as Saikyo miso black cod, Australian Wagyu beef tataki and corn-fed chicken breast with truffle teriyaki sauce.
