Zheng He’s has recently reopened its doors with a new culinary and mixology offering, décor and ambience.
The latest menu, curated by former Hakkasan chef, Chef Lai Min Wei, delivers classic Chinese dishes with a contemporary spin.
Starting from February 2020, Zheng He’s invites guests to partake in a leisurely four-course lunch experience. Available daily from 12pm-2:30pm, the Bao Chuan offers a choice of one soup, two selections of dim sum, one rice or noodle dish and one dessert for just AED 118 per person.
Diners can begin their Zheng He’s lunch journey with Chicken Hot & Sour Soup or Prawn Wonton Soup before sampling handmade dim sum, from delicate Lotus Dumplings to Wagyu Truffle Puffs and Honey BBQ Beef Buns, followed by the likes of Vegetable Egg Fried Rice or Wok-fried Beef & Flat Rice Noodles.
Finishing the lunch on a sweet note, choose between classic Macanese Egg Tarts or Mango Sago & Vanilla Ice Cream. For an additional AED 99, guests can avail of three Chinese hops or glasses of house grape to accompany their meal.
