Gearing up to mark its first birthday celebrations, DOORS Freestyle Grill is set to bring another ‘first’ to Dubai’s culinary landscape with the introduction of ‘levitating plates’ to the dining experience.
Culinary experts at the restaurants have incorporated the latest in innovative and cutting-edge technology which uses magnets and nitrogen to make several dishes from their decadent new menu levitate.
“The whole outlook is one to awaken the senses and impress the most discerning tastes. We believe in creating a dining experience that taps into all the senses and offers guests both the best in taste, quality and entertainment all wrapped up into one here at DOORs,” says Head Chef Kemal Çéylan.
The line-up of new creations includes the new caviar bread dumpling, with potato espuma, enoki mushroom, beetroot puree, garlic confit and quail eggs.
Additional dishes include the Beef tartare, with sesame sponge, butter, potato espuma, chopped and torched beef, and quail egg yolk; and the slow-cooked Lamb Rack which is available when pre-booked.
