KitKat Arabic Coffee will launch this Ramadan, with the confectionary brand launching a new edition with an Arabic twist to meet local consumer demand for a flavour inspired by “Gahwa,” as Arabic coffee is socially referred to in the region.
“We understand the cultural value of coffee time in the region, and arealways listening to KitKat enthusiasts, many of whom have been telling us on social media platforms that they love the coupling of Arabic coffee with chocolate,” says Emile Douaihy, Nestlé Business Executive Officer, Confectionery, Biscuits and Snacks for the Middle East, and North Africa. “Ramadan this year will be a bit unusual as we practice social distancing to protect ourselves and loved ones, we hope that the KitKat Arabic coffee puts a smile in consumers’ after iftar breaks”.
The KitKat crispy wafer fingers come in a blend of smooth milk chocolate, roasted Blonde Arabica coffee beans, and the rich aroma of cardamom.
The new KitKat Arabic Coffee is available across retail stores in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan.
