Shanghai Me will welcome guests from May 20, 2020, while remaining fully compliant with the guidelines set by Dubai Municipality.
Inspired by the glamour of 1930’s China, when residents emerged from the prohibition era, Shanghai Me pays heritage to the traditions of the past.
With an intricate and exquisite menu, guests can enjoy a contemporary fusion of flavours and textures from across East-Asia. Signature dishes include the Yellowtail Carpaccio with Sliced Black Truffle, Crispy Duck Salad, Sesame Prawn on Toast and Evgeny’s Wagyu Beef Sub, named after the concept creator.
Diners can enjoy a selection of Sushi and Dim Sum dishes, such as the Steamed Prawn & Truffle Dumplings, Soft Shell Crab Cut Roll, and Braised Duck Spring Rolls before main courses.
Dishes also include the Grilled Silver Cod with Yuzu Miso Sauce and Triple Cooked Angus Short-Ribs. Vegetarian and vegan options include Wok-Fried Aubergine in Chili Bean Sauce and Tender-Stem Broccoli with Oyster Sauce.
Desserts include the Giant Fortune Cookie filled with a hazelnut and matcha mousse, Milk Cake with Black Sesame Ice Cream, as well as the Chocolate and Caramel Fondant.
