Palazzo Versace Dubai has recently launched an innovative sanitation protocol for all public areas, as well as guestrooms, restaurants, pools, the spa and back-of-house spaces.
In accordance with the local regulations, all sanitation measures have been approved by Dubai Health Authority and the 5-star property will be introducing more “no-touch” experiences, from keyless no-contact check-in and sanitation of luggage to mobile ordering systems in all the restaurants, including room service.
New safety protocols include a sanitising tunnel which has been installed at the entrance of the hotel. Palazzo Versace Dubai is in the process of installing five more sanitising tunnels to cover the rest of the entry points, including team member and residence entry points.
As for public spaces, including restaurants, lobby, bars, The SPA, prayer rooms, elevators, washrooms, and offices, a 24/7 sanitising team has been deployed to disinfect all the touch points.
The hotel is also implementing a reduced seating arrangement to 30% of the original capacity of the restaurants, with guests maintaining a two-metre distance between tables.
No admission is allowed for kids ages 0-12 years old and the elderly above 60 years old.
