Culinary duo chefs Nick Alvis & Scott Price have developed simple, seasonal recipes for everyone to cook at home, available on the folly website.
With the first dish available to order for delivery on May 28, different easy-to-cook recipes are available to order on a weekly basis thereafter. Each box serves two adults and is accompanied by a handy recipe card, along with a QR which directs home-chefs to a simple step-by-step video.
Each box will also include the ingredients and method for their homemade olive oil and rosemary focaccia bread.
May 28: button mushroom risotto
June 4: soy braised beef
June 11: coconut chicken curry
June 18: fish and chips with crushed peas & tartar sauce
“We’re really looking forward to getting back into the restaurant, however until the doors open again, we’re offering budding chefs a slice of folly by Nick & Scott at home. We’ve had a few people try it out for themselves, however these pre-made boxes make everything that little bit easier when it comes to the prep.” says Price.
The precise measurements for each meal mean there is no food waste and all ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers, the chefs highlight.
