CÉ LA VI Dubai, which sits atop Address Sky View on level 54, has now reopened.
Executive Chef Howard Ko has launched an enhanced Summer Menu for the reopening, showcasing his 11 years of culinary experience in Michelin-starred restaurants.
The updated menu includes some new additions such as an original sharing main, BRAISED KOREAN SHORTRIB IN DONABE on a bed of kimchi bacon fried rice, sunny-side-up egg. The BLACK TRUFFLE “SUSHI RICE” RISOTTO is a combination of butternut squash, black trumpet mushrooms, and a parmesan mousse to complete.
PAN SEARED SALMON on a bed of black garlic potato terrine, maitake mushrooms, and warm wasabi buttermilk will become every pescatarian’s delight. The new addition to the vegetarian dishes is a ROASTED CAULIFLOWER with Katsuobushi bagna cauda, preserved lemon, mint and a hint of Calabrian chilli.
In line with the UAE Government’s health and safety measures, both CÉ LA VI restaurant and lounge will be operating with social distancing practices in place. In addition, CÉ LA VI Dubai offers a private dining experience for small groups and couples that like to keep their distance and dine in on their own to celebrate a birthday or just enjoy a romantic dinner.
To ensure health, safety and the wellbeing of guests and employees a series of precautionary measures have been implemented at CÉ LA VI Dubai which includes body temperature checks upon arrival, hand sanitisation before entering the venue, gloves and masks available at the reception, social distancing guidelines, employees wearing gloves and masks at all times, all common surfaces sanitised every 30 minutes, and digital menus available.
