Rixos Hotels Egypt has reopened its properties, after receiving the ‘safety certification’ from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.
Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos El Alamein will be opening their doors to the public on July 1, and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh is set to reopen on August 1.
The three hotels rolled out preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of the properties including the installment of thermal cameras for measuring health status in real-time, luggage disinfection and providing guests with hygiene kits upon arrival to the property.
Rixos Hotels has also launched a Whatsapp application which will assist guests with their inquiries during their stay at the hotels. What’s more, upon the last check-out, rooms will be kept empty for 12 hours after deep cleaning and sanitisation for the next occupants with a safety seal.
