Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management has announced a new set of measures, to be implemented effective February 2, 2021.
The new set of regulations, it has been announced, are being implemented in response to the rise in violations of preventive measures and will continue until February 28, 2021.
According to Dubai Media Office’s Twitter account, the measures include:
- A 50 per cent reduction in the capacity of indoor seated venues including cinemas, and entertainment and sports venues.
- Hotels will have to operate at 70 per cent capacity. New bookings should comply with the capacity limit.
- The capacity of swimming pools and private beaches in hotels is limited to 70 per cent.
