Launching at Address Downtown hotel on February 12, Storm Cycling sessions are designed to give a mental boost, in addition to a physical one.
Each class consists of cardio and strength training, including an upper body and arm-toning session, which are done while sitting on a bike. But the workouts don’t just burn calories, they are led by inspirational thoughts, allowing every rider to enter a moment of self-reflection and take a break from the daily distractions in of life.
Heavily influenced by the beat of the music, riders surrender to the rhythm while reflecting on themselves and focusing on their personal goals.
This month, Storm Cycling takes their classes outdoors and riders will get to enjoy views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. They feature a 45-minute soulful rhythm riding experience, and light and healthy breakfast at Address Downtown.
