Hailing from France, Alexander Audon Filali career spans over 15-years in luxury award-winning F&B while she has been highly decorated and maintains a stellar reputation in the industry. In 2020, she was awarded the title of Caterer Middle East’s GM of the year (along with bar and FOH team of the year accolades) for her outstanding work at LPM Dubai.
Based on her experience and ability to drive the brand forward Alexandra will be responsible for the operations for all LPM’s Middle East locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. Having joined LPM in February 2019 as a Restaurant Manager, Alexandra was quickly promoted to General Manager in October 2019 and looks to continue her growth within her new role.
In her new role, Alexandra commented: “I am extremely excited for my new role with LPM. I am so proud to grow with a brand like this. During my time with the company, I have fallen I love with the team, our values and how we create the LPM experience, so this appointment makes me very happy. I look forward to working with our team to keep driving our Middle East operations forward.”
As part of her extensive F&B experience, Alexandra has also completed her Wine and Spirit Education Trust certification, Level 2, and graduated with distinction. She received her M aster’s in Marketing and Communication from the Unniversité Paul Cézanne in Aix-en-Provence. Her first full time role in the UAE was in 2015 as Restaurant Manager of La Cantine du Faubourg after which, Alexandra was promoted internally within the La Cantine Group to General Manager of Ninive Dubai in late 2017.
Since joining LPM as General Manager, Alexandra strategically and successfully maneuvered the restaurant during the COVID pandemic. She has always been first to market with LPM initiatives including the delivery campaign and supporting the global launch of the Jean Cocteau cocktail menu, as she was fully a part of the project’s development.
