Trader Vic’s JBR, the home of the Mai Tai and Dubai’s most notorious drink, Tiki Puka Puka, is launching a new Saturday brunch concept with party vibes and live food and drink stations from 1pm – 4pm to fit the new UAE weekend.
From 1pm – 4pm, diners are treated to a vibrant brunch experience for 3 hours starting with a line-up of starters served directly to the table such as Jalapeno Cheese Balls, Pow Pow Wings, Spring Rolls and a selection of dim sum. The main courses shine this time as we fire up three live stations serving Baos, Paella and Ceviche and a selection is served to your table like Five-spice Roasted Chicken, Roasted Prawns with Mango Salsa and Beef Skewers with Shishito Peppers just to name a few. Dessert is a surprise every week as Head Chef Maria Gallegos, who hails from Mexico, prepares a few of Trader Vic’s and her favourites as a sweet way to end the brunch.
The venue will be dazzled with tiki-tastic props, to liven up the already fired up atmosphere as the Latin band sets the upbeat tone for the celebration through its irresistible beats. And to add extra fun,, a Hula Hoop competition will happen mid-way during the brunch where the hooper to last the longest wins a Free Brunch for their next visit.
The standard Tiki Hula Hula package is at AED 450 per person, inclusive of house beverages and signature Trader Vic’s cocktails. Guests can upgrade to the bubbly package for AED 550 per person for unlimited bubbly and signature cocktails as well. The fun doesn’t stop at brunch as Trader Vic’s offers Happy Hour from 5pm – 7pm after the brunch!
