Kababji, the Lebanese restaurant, take-away and quick-service delivery chain has arrived in the UAE.
The DIFC-based regional restaurant operator Eathos has brought Kababji to Dubai Marina with a classy, yet comfortable, 100-seat restaurant which boasts the brand’s impressive, hallmark live grill kitchen and outdoor terrace.
“With the opening of Kababji Dubai Marina we are bringing the authentic taste of Lebanon to the UAE,” said Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos. “Mediterranean cuisine is famous for its combination of great tastes and health benefits. Kababji is known for its authentic, flavorsome Lebanese dishes, through its range of high quality ingredients and specialised cooking techniques.”
Younes says the brand has proven appeal amongst modern consumers who are increasingly demanding tasty and light food, promptly and courteously served, yet well-presented and conveniently packaged. “These are precisely the type of customers in the Dubai Marina area,” he added.

“This Dubai Marina restaurant is living up to a legacy which Kababji began to forge when it first opened in Jounieh, north of Lebanon in 1993,” explained Younes.
Eathos is planning to open a Kababji outlet in Deira’s Al Ghurair Centre and Abu Dhabi’s upscale Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island by January.
