Caviar Kaspia, the storied Parisian institution with a cult following, is set to open its first permanent New York location at The Mark Hotel in Fall 2022.
This will be their second location outside of the iconic 1927 Parisian hotspot, after an exciting launch in Dubai in October 2021, and their first restaurant in the United States. The restaurant and boutique, designed by Jacques Grange, will become New York’s newest destination for the house’s favorite twice-baked potato topped with caviar, eggs with caviar, pasta with caviar, blinis with salmon, bottarga, and more.
