Netsu at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, introduces an exclusive culinary experience with its ‘This is Netsu’ tasting menu. The acclaimed Warayaki-style Japanese steakhouse – the first of its kind in Dubai, and the largest outside of Japan – has curated a menu of the very best it has to offer, to give diners a glimpse into the world of Warayaki and its theatrical cuisine this summer.
The all-new four-course menu designed by Chef Ross Shonhan includes an exclusive selection of 8 signature dishes, such as Salmon and Avocado Shiso Tacos and Spicy Wagyu Hot Stone Rice alongside mouthwatering additions such as Korean Fried Chicken and Mango Kakigori Mochi, that will leave guests wanting to return to try the full menu. For the most authentic Netsu experience, guests are encouraged to pair their evening with a curated selection of artisanal Sake that will take them on a journey through the different regions of Japan with in-house Sake Sommelier, Sourav Dutta.
This is Netsu is available from Monday to Thursday until 31 August and is priced at AED350 per person for four courses. The Sake pairing is available for an additional AED100 per person.
