CÉ LA VI Dubai, the dazzling high-end restaurant and lounge, situated in The Address Sky View, famed for THAT backdrop view of the city, is serving up a charming summer menu for those who are braving the Dubai summer.
Priced at AED 390, guests are treated to a 5-course delectable tasting menu, taking diners on a culinary journey through some of the best dishes on the menu. Starting with warm house-made seaweed parker rolls accompanied with European butter, date honey and sea salt, moving on to a fresh starter of market vegetable crudité with miso bagna cauda.
For main courses, guests are invited to sample the roasted scallops, black truffle sushi rice risotto (a CÉ LA VI original and favourite!), and the scrumptious braised wagyu beef cheeks. In between courses, refresh the palate with a Thai basil sorbet, the perfect companion for a summer menu.
End the meal with the CÉ LA VI exotic pavlova, and a selection mignardise including chocolate caramel tart and coconut macarons. Don’t forget to take in the breathtaking views whilst relishing the 5 delectable courses. No visit to CÉ LA VI is complete without a picture with the famous swing!
