A unique dine-in concept, Maison de Curry is the new brainchild of Bhupender Nath, Founder and Managing Director of the trail blazing hospitality group Passion F&B and Head Chef, Paritosh Sharma. Opening its doors on November 14th, 2022, diners will be invited to take a journey across the world, through the restaurant’s specialized menu inspired by the various sauces and curries that have migrated through lands unknown and through different times in history.
Maison De Curry will take diners on a rich, and delectable tour of the world with a selection of curries, highlighting the various avatars of the noble main course. Each dish will showcase the delightful inspiration, providing a taste of nostalgia either from a childhood dish or a travel experience. Maison De Curry’s approach will investigate the evolution of the humble curry while providing the finest and freshest ingredients and spices, blending an assortment of flavors hailing from all around the world – Europe, Asia, Africa all the way to South America. The diverse menu will also feature a selection of additional dishes that will aid in this enriching journey to create a wholesome meal of nostalgia.
Chef Paritosh has had a long and deep relationship with Passion F&B, having been part of the widely lauded A Cappella on the Pointe, Palm Jumeirah. Chef Paritosh has over 10 years of experience and was also part of the pre-opening teams of the award-winning Tresind and Carnival by Tresind. His specialty lies in blending global concepts and cooking styles, leading to unexpectedly delightful flavors and visually enticing courses.
The soon-to-open venue will feature a fully licensed bar, including a wide selection of non- alcoholic beverages, wines and classic cocktails, with the focus on a selection of premium lagers from around the world.
Located on the strip of Souk Al Bahar, the restaurant is perched adjacent to the Dubai
Fountains, with full access to sprawling views of the Burj Khalifa. The venue will feature a bar and lounge, dining area as well as a terrace. The interiors will reflect a modern classic style with nods to Asian traditional elements such as the rattan wood windows as well as visually rich murals and feature an open kitchen, providing diners an opportunity to fully immerse themselves into the world of Maison De Curry.
