Chef Mauro Colagreco brings freshness to Celebrities’ new menu by playing with flavours from the South of France. Alongside reworked classics such as ‘le turbot’ (poached turbot with green curry sauce) and ‘l’agneau de lait’ (roasted saddle of lamb), the menu offers a range of mains to discover a new style of luxury. Diners can indulge in signature dishes from ‘les asperges vertes’ (green asparagus with yoghurt-honey dressing) to ‘le bar de ligne’ (wild sea bass fillet with an oyster-caviar emulsion) before a flourishing finish with captivating desserts, such as the ‘tarte au citron’ (lemon cured with meringue) and the flavourful ‘fraise – rhubarb’ (strawberry cream with rhubarb).
