The brunch menu, curated by Cleo’s expert culinary team, offers a modern take on classic Levantine cuisine, drawing inspiration from Lebanon, Syria, Greece, and Italy in a bright and airy ambiance with a view of the city. The menu showcases a variety of cold and hot starters, including the velvety smoothness of hummus, the smoky depth of Muhammara, the creamy texture of Moutabal, the crispy layers of Spicy Cigar, and the melt-in-your-mouth Cheese Rakakat. The main course features an array of dishes such as Fish Fillet with Mediterranean Sauce, Mini Lamb Shawarma which is prepared tableside from the lamb spit roast that is on display , Chicken Shish Taouk Skewer, and Freekeh Risotto. The brunch ends on a sweet note with the Cleo Dessert Platter, a harmonious blend of flavours, including the signature Kunafa with Ice Cream, the decadent Chocolate Caramel Crunch, and the freshness of Seasonal Fruits.
