I look at food as an adventure, a story in every dish, it inspires me and has driven my passion to portray the diverse flavours of Emirati and Levantine cuisines.” She added, “I believe at Siraj we have brought the best flavours of the Middle East, and they are further portrayed in our Ramadan menu. Food brings people together, and Ramadan is a time of giving and bringing families and people together. Our menus are designed for each day of the week to present all the delicious and authentic Ramadan favourites that provide both a taste of home and comfort.”
The Iftar menu features exclusive dishes honouring the Holy month, a delicious range of the Middle East’s signature delectables, including Ramadan star favourites like Ouzi, a delicious aromatic rice dish of lamb on rice, Chicken Freekeh, with succulent pieces of chicken served with toasted nuts on a bed of fluffy green wheat.
