For 10 years the annual culinary adventure of Dubai Food Festival has introduced and celebrated the best of Dubai’s diverse and vibrant cuisine. Foodies, Chefs, and the curious alike will be pleased to discover that 50 of the city’s top restaurants will create two-course lunches from the 28th of April to the 7th of May, and Fi’lia is delighted to take part!

Dubai’s favourite Italian-Mediterranean Restaurant, Fi’lia, at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is excited to present a taste of Italy at its finest. The restaurant has recently unveiled a new menu that features Chef Celia’s unique approach to Italian cuisine. All dishes on the menu are named after their primary ingredient dishes using the main ingredient of each dish. The expanded flavour profile of the new menu is her personal and creative interpretation of Italian cuisine, that focuses on the simple with no compromise on flavour, or tradition.
Chef Celia has created two menus for Dubai Restaurant Week, with Gluten-Free and Vegetarian options, catering to almost everyone’s preferences while including some of Fi’lia’s favourite signature dishes. Priced at AED 95, diners will have the option to choose between a menu of a Starter, a Main course, and a bottle of water, or a menu of a Main Course, Dessert, and a bottle of water.
