In his new role, Charrouf will be leading the Commercial team’s group strategies, with a particular emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Revenue, E-commerce and Research and Development.
Charrouf brings a wealth of experience in the hotel industry with over 18 years in the hospitality field, working in a variety of capacities including operations, revenue, sales and marketing. During the past 6 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Jannah Hotels & Resorts, Ossama elevated the group’s revenue by an average of 10-15% YoY, upscaling the brand’s positioning and visibility during the various outlets’ preopening alongside the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications.
Ossama has always embodied ‘The Jannah Way’ by delivering excellent work and continuously enhancing Jannah’s trajectory moving forward, being at the forefront of putting Jannah Hotels & Resorts as an industry leader.
Having lasered focus on increased productivity and efficiency for the various F&B outlets and hotels of the Jannah brand, Charrouf has undoubtedly been a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Prior to joining Jannah Hotels & Resorts as Vice President of Sales and Marketing back in 2017. Ossama was Director of Abu Dhabi Global Sales at Mövenpick Hotels, leading the global sales efforts from UAE to 81 hotels in the chain ensuring the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Charrouf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters from the University of Chichester, UK as well as a High Diploma in Business Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson, UK.
