Kasturi has introduced a delectable array of new dishes that pays homage to India’s vibrant culinary heritage, blending authentic flavours with a modern twist. Located within the Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Clubhouse, the rooftop lounge’s new menu features a wide range of offerings, from flavourful salads to sumptuous tandoor delights and indulgent desserts.
The salads, including the Tandoori Chicken & Avocado Salad and Quinoa Kachumber, offer a refreshing and wholesome start to the dining experience while starters such as the KF Chicken (Kerala-style fried chicken), Sunehari Prawn, and Raan Ka Tacos, are set to introduce the palate to a world of new flavours and textures.
The Tandoor section boasts masterfully cooked dishes like Chicken Centimeter, bursting with flavours of cardamom and saffron, and the pickle-spiced Achari Fish. For the main fare, diners will be treated to regional specialties like Chettinadu Chicken, Luknowi Shank, Kheema Mutter and Coastal Tawa-Fish, promising to elevate the dining experience to new heights.
A diverse selection of vegetarian options are also available, featuring Zattar Malai Broccoli, Haryali Paneer Tikka, Golgappa, and Paneer Saagwala.
Diners can end the meal on a sweet note with the new dessert options such as Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, Gajar Halwa, and Phirnee Crème Brûlée, seamlessly fusing flavours of traditional Indian sweets with international favourites.
The new menu is available now for lunch on Saturday and Sunday from12pm to 4pm, or dinner on Tuesday to Sunday from 5.30pm to midnight. Kasturi’s rooftop location makes it the ideal location for sundowners with friends or weekly family dinners, offering sprawling views of the golf course’s lush greenery.
