Michele Stasi boasts an impressive culinary journey, and his extensive experience within the Hyatt brand has solidified his reputation as a master of his craft. With an exceptional track record, including notable roles at Grand Hyatt Hotel and Villas Kuwait and Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
During his tenure as Executive Pastry Chef at Grand Hyatt Hotel and Villas Kuwait, Michele oversaw a diverse range of culinary outlets, including Turkish, Japanese, Mediterranean, Arabic, and French restaurants. His dedication to maintaining quality standards, menu innovation, and developing standard recipes played a pivotal role in the success of the resort’s food and beverage operations.
Prior to his role in Kuwait, Michele served as Executive Pastry Chef at Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai, UAE. Here, he managed the daily pastry and bakery production for a complex of 12 restaurants, the lobby lounge, cake boutique, in-room dining, and banquets, with the capability to cater to up to 1200 guests. Michele’s culinary prowess was recognized as he was selected as one of the best-growing chefs in Dubai, highlighting his impact on the city’s vibrant culinary scene.
