Saturday 27th January – Premium Wine Flights
Indulge in a private tasting evening with winemaker Maruxa Roel & Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji. The evening includes a curated selection of the finest Clos Pisarra wines paired with Spanish tapas, cheese, and Iberian Jamon for a truly delightful and unforgettable night.
Guests will be led through the master class by two notable personalities of Clos Pissarra. The founder and first Master Sommelier to become a winemaker, Emmanuel Kemiji is a pioneer among a new wave of sommeliers redefining the way we taste and think about wine. The General Manager and head winemaker, Maruxa Roel will also be joining, to share her 17 years of experience and expertise in the Priorat region.
