KIZA is set to host its first Supper Club for 2024 on Tuesday, 6th February with the KIZA x Journey’s End Pairing Menu! Established in 1995, Journey’s End is a picturesque wine farm nestled among the Schapenberg hills in Cape Town with 40 hectares of vineyards. The monthly KIZA Supper Club is part of the brand’s continual efforts to bring the essence of Pan-African cuisine to a global stage.
This month’s Supper Club is an exquisite journey that showcases the commitment of Journey’s End to sustainability with 6 distinct Spekboom wines that exemplify their dedication to eco-friendly initiatives.
The menu for the night features Popcorn Baby Squid, Ostrich Meat Skewers, Hermanus Baby Squid, Klein Karoo Lamb Cutlets and Mousse Au Côte d’Ivoire. Each dish tells a unique story of the distinct regions of Africa with the Mousse Au Côte d’Ivoire being a tribute to the world’s largest cocoa producer.
After the sun sets over the Dubai skyline, guests can indulge in this gastronomic experience that transcends borders and immerses guests in the heart and soul of Africa.
