Diners are invited to experience an exclusive 5-course Truffle Tasting Menu hosted by the Chef himself at Dubai’s French Brasserie which has earned a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and two Chef Toques by Gault & Millau.
The exceptional truffle menu showcases timeless French dishes reinterpreted by the talented chef that incorporate fresh and local ingredients from trusted suppliers and farmers in the region. Among delectable truffles and his signature menu items, food enthusiasts can look forward to a taste of the Huitre & Caviar, a delightful combination of Dibba Bay Oysters and Sturia Oscietra Caviar, or the Tournedos de Boeuf, a roasted beef tenderloin cooked to perfection. To finish, chef Daniel will serve La Truffe au Chocolat, a dark chocolate declination paired with Emirati honey.
