In February, Abu Dhabi achieved a milestone in culinary history with the inaugural Open Fire Food Festival hosted by Steve Harvey. The capital city hosted a lineup of esteemed chefs, including Melissa Cookston, Moe Cason, Steven Raichlen, and Aysha Al Obeidli. Presented by MELT Middle East, a collaboration between OWS Capital and Steve Harvey Global, the event brought together UAE residents to indulge in the global phenomenon of open-fire cooking. Oweis Zahran, Managing Partner at MELT Middle East, expressed excitement about the collaboration, aiming to create an unforgettable experience showcasing the artistry and diverse flavours of open-flame cooking. Attendees were treated to live cooking demonstrations, country music, and a delectable array of flame-cooked dishes from renowned BBQ chefs.
