Hot on the heels of its successful launch in Ibiza last summer, The MAINE is opening its second seasonal summer outpost in Bodrum this June 2024. Located within the highly anticipated Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, the seaside location is perched on a prime hilltop with unobstructed views of the Aegean coast and the coastline. The MAINE Bodrum joins a slew of impressive brands within the resort, including Wolfgang Puck’s Spago from Beverly Hills, Caviar Kaspia, and the second outlet for the world-renowned Scorpios beach club concept from Mykonos.
Designed by founder Joey Ghazal, The MAINE Bodrum imbues the same dark monastic and brutalist interior aesthetic of its Ibiza counterpart. Lit almost entirely by candlelight, this 150-seat restaurant features interior and exterior dining with unobstructed views of the entire resort and is the perfect venue to enjoy the sunset. Following the success of their establishments in Dubai, London, and Ibiza, The MAINE Bodrum represents the group’s sixth venture, promising the same signature experience synonymous with their brand – a fusion of classic grill, exquisite cocktails, and live entertainment.
“We are thrilled to be taking The MAINE to Bodrum this summer. Bodrum is by far the most glamorous destination in the Mediterranean, and the new Maxx Royal resort is by far the most beautiful hotel I have seen in a long time. We can’t wait to introduce our brand of ‘eatertainment’ to the Aegean coast,” says founder and managing partner of the New England Brasserie Company, Joey Ghazal.
The menu at The MAINE Bodrum cascades from raw bar to hot and cold sharing starters, pastas, fresh fish, and prime steak and chops. Iconic MAINE dishes, like the sea bass ceviche, tomato carpaccio, chargrilled artichokes, sticky short ribs, lobster taglioni, and a large selection of grain-fed and grass-fed steak cuts, are accompanied by a broad selection of local and international wines. As with The MAINE in its other locations, entertainment will play a huge part in the experience at The MAINE Bodrum. There will be daily live entertainment leading into the evening, where DJs will then take the stage into the later hours during which bottle service will also be available.
