Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is pleased to announce the appointment of Karla Rivera-Cruz as its Cluster Digital Marketing Manager. With more than a decade of experience in 360-degree marketing, including digital strategy, content creation, and public relations, Karla will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Novotel Dubai Al Barsha Cluster. In this role, she will focus on driving direct traffic to the hotel, increasing revenue, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Karla began her career in hospitality with Jumeirah in 2013 and transitioned into marketing with IHG in 2015. She has been a key part of the Accor group since 2018, holding various roles at Swissotel Al Murooj and Movenpick Al Bustan. In 2020, Karla took on the role of Assistant Digital Marketing Manager for Majid Al Futtaim Accor Properties, where she was supporting the digital marketing strategies of eight hotels, including Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre & Residences, Novotel & Ibis Deira Creekside, Novotel Suites & Ibis Mall Avenue Dubai, and Ibis Dubai Al Rigga, and also oversaw the opening of Adagio Premium The Palm.
Now returning to Accor, Karla brings her wealth of expertise in social media, public relations, and digital marketing to Novotel Dubai Al Barsha Cluster. She aims to implement strategic initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost revenue through targeted digital campaigns.
In her new role, Karla will focus on developing and executing effective marketing strategies, enhancing the hotel’s digital presence, and driving direct traffic to boost guest engagement and overall revenue through carefully crafted campaigns.
