Sunset Hospitality has announced the opening of Lebanese restaurant Mazaher at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The venue will be opening from 8am to 10pm and has been designed to transition from a daytime café into a fine dining evening restaurant.

The culinary team will be headed up by chef Ibrahim Ayoub, who previously worked as oriental sous chef at Atlantis, The Palm.
Menu items will include Lebanese Mezza, and home-cooked style dishes made with local produce and fresh ingredients, with a wide dessert selection.
There will be a daily schedule of live entertainment with Wednesdays offering Tarab nights with a dance show and a Tarabish band. On Mondays there will be a Khaliji programme, and Lebanese singers and violinists will perform on Thursdays.
To inaugurate the restaurant, Mazaher is hosting a gala dinner on 17 March with well-known Lebanese singer, Rami Ayach.
Founded in 2011 in Dubai, Sunset Group is a hospitality investment and management company with a diversified portfolio of outlets and services.
Some of the group’s projects include Provocateur at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and El Sur at The Westin Mina Seyahi.
