
Celebrated for its fire-cooked cuisine, lively coastal atmosphere, and iconic views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Nuska Beach at Jumeirah Beach Hotel reopens, inviting guests to enjoy a new season of exceptional beachside experiences.
This season, Nuska Beach presents refreshed offerings and elevated experiences. Guests can unwind across extended sun lounge areas, with fifty sunbeds and three private cabanas for a premium beachside retreat. From Thursday to Sunday, evenings come alive with immersive entertainment inspired by ancient Mesopotamia, while weekdays feature nightly DJ sets, starting 9 October. A beach lounge, steps from Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, adds further allure, while the daycation package provides sunbed and cabana access with dining credit.
Under the new guidance of acclaimed Turkish chef Hasan Kayabasi, Nuska Beach presents a refreshed menu celebrating Levantine and Mediterranean flavours. Each dish is carefully crafted and artfully presented, turning every meal into a culinary delight. Guests can enjoy traditional cold mezze such as Tzatziki, Baba Ghanoush, and Fava Bean Dip, alongside fresh seafood including Tuna Tartare, Sea Bass Carpaccio, Oysters, and Oscietra Caviar – Ars Italica. Signature sharing platters feature mixed grilled meats and seafood, including a 45-minute Salt-Baked Sea Bass. From the fire, diners can savour Grilled Corn-Fed Chicken, Charcoaled Lamb Chops, Koobideh Lamb, The Nuska Steak, and Wagyu Striploin Steak while mains also include Red Prawn Orzo, Lobster Linguine, and Wild Sea Bass Sayadiyah, complemented by a selection of delectable desserts.
The beverage programme has been enhanced with theatrical, fire-inspired presentations, including signature cocktails served under a clay dome with dry ice smoke and drinks flamed at the table for dramatic effect. Each pairing has been carefully curated to enhance the menu, offering guests an elevated coastal experience whether enjoying a leisurely seaside lunch, golden-hour cocktails, or dining under the stars.
Daycation
Enjoy the ultimate daycation by the sea, daily from 10:00 until sunset. This exclusive beachfront experience includes sunbed access and dining credit on Nuska Beach’s food and beverage menus. Sunbed day passes are AED 600 per person, with AED 400 redeemable, while a private cabana escape for two guests is available for AED 1,400, with AED 1,000 redeemable.
Flavours of Nuska
Starting 1 October, guests can indulge in the “Flavours of Nuska” a curated three-course lunch served Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 at AED 395 per person. The menu features vibrant new dishes, from appetisers like Heart Salad with chargrilled beetroot and carrots, Grilled Calamari with baba ghanoush and lemon dressing, and Kale Tabbouleh with beef kofta, to mains including Lamb Koobideh Kebab with saffron butter, Grilled Sea Bass “Kelebek Style,” Chicken Kebab or Eggplant Frikkeh with charcoaled aubergine, raisins and pomegranate molasses. The experience concludes on a sweet note with Nuska Beach’s signature desserts, including Yoghurt Parfait Honey Caramel, Freshly Baked Kunafa, and a selection of Fruits and Levantine Syrup, paired with bespoke wines, making it an ideal midday escape by the sea.
Embers of Nuska
For those who favour pink, the “Embers of Nuska” is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 15:00, starting Saturday 4 October, priced at AED 545 per person. The experience includes a three-course set menu starting with sharing-style appetisers, including Mezze, Prawn Ceviche, Greek Style Salad, and a Cold Seafood Platter. Guests can then enjoy a choice of main course, from Grilled Sea Bass or Grilled Sirloin to Chicken Kebab or Eggplant Frikkeh, followed by a decadent selection of Nuska Beach desserts. To complete the coastal experience, each course is accompanied by expertly paired beverages, including Ultimate Provence Rosé and Bottega Gold Prosecco.
