Italian restaurant The Artisan; by Enoteca Pinchiorri has opened in the Burj Daman Building, DIFC.
A concept derived from the Enoteca Pinchiorri, located in Florence, Italy, the restaurant offers refined-casual dining and is headed up by executive head chef of the restaurant is Luca Tresoldi who has worked at the Florence for a number of years.
Enoteca Pinchiorri became popular in Florence in the 1970’s having been founded by executive Three Michelin Star chef, Annie Féolde and her husband, viticulturist, Giorgio Pinchiorri.
The menu features 36-month-old parmesan cheese, slow cooked octopus with The Artisan’s homemade olive oil, Hamburg rooster, salt crusted sea bass and co-founder, and Annie Féolde’s tiramisu. It also features wines from Enoteca Pinchiorri’s wine cellar.
