Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of the South of France, its special Dubai Restaurant Week menu opens with a choice of starters such as a beetroot salad dressed in red currant vinaigrette, grilled prawns in chilli butter with bergamot and garlic chips, or a delicate beef tartare served with sourdough toast. Main courses include French cod with asparagus and citrus sabayon, a rich confit duck leg paired with clementine and pistachio, or a creamy parmesan risotto with braised wild mushrooms. To end, enjoy a decadent mousse au chocolat with orange madeleine and hazelnut praline, or a flambéed crêpe suzette topped with lavender ice cream.
