Originally hailing from Singapore and now redefining Dubai’s culinary landscape, Revolver is an unapologetically bold open-fire grill inspired by South Asian flavours and theatrical cooking. At the helm, Chef Jitin Joshi brings 27 years of global experience, blending French technique with spice-driven flair. His career includes stints at Michelin-starred Benares, London’s acclaimed Gymkhana, and Dubai’s iconic At.mosphere and Amal at Armani Hotel, where his guest list has included David Beckham, Mick Jagger, Bill Clinton and King Charles. Known for transforming the dining experience into a dramatic spectacle, Revolver invites guests to witness the magic of fire at work from every seat in the house.
For Dubai Restaurant Week, Revolver has crafted two menus that capture the soul of its fire-to-table ethos. Guests can explore some of the restaurant’s most celebrated creations, including the much-loved Claypot Rice, Burrata Street Style and Wagyu Scotch Egg, paired with bold reinterpretations of classic desserts like Pistachio Kunafa Sundae, topped with smoked clotted cream. These offerings are an invitation to discover Revolver’s signature depth of flavour, all at an accessible price.
At AED 125 per person, the lunch menu presents diners with a choice of starter and main or main and dessert, accompanied by a bottle of water. Starters such as Burnt Leek with smoked paprika butter or the Revolver Wagyu Scotch Egg set the stage, followed by showstopping mains including Baby Chicken with shiso yoghurt or the signature Claypot Rice with seafood and tender coconut. Dessert options like Pistachio Kunafa Sundae and Mango Sticky Rice ensure the experience ends on a sweet, memorable note.
Dinner, priced at AED 250 per person, includes a full three-course sensory journey. Begin with starters such as Burrata Street Style with sesame peanut and savoury churros, or the luxurious Smoked Wagyu Tartare. Mains include standout dishes like Black Vinegar Short Rib with jalapeño polenta and the indulgent Claypot Rice with smoked ghee and truffle. For dessert, guests can choose from elegant options including Burnt Citrus with saffron and yuzu, or the much-acclaimed Coorg Filter Coffee Milk Cake.
