Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi, is pleased to announce the appointment of Diksha Singh as General Manager, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across global luxury hospitality brands.
A seasoned hospitality leader, Diksha joins the resort’s leadership team with a strong focus on cultural alignment, leadership capability, and sustainable growth. She is widely recognised for driving commercial performance while fostering people-led cultures across complex, multicultural environments.
Most recently, Diksha served as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, where she successfully led a significant commercial and operational turnaround during a critical post-pandemic recovery phase. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening performance, team engagement, and long-term operational resilience.
Diksha’s career began with The Oberoi Group, followed by more than 20 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she held senior leadership roles across the Middle East and India. Her experience spans hotel operations, human resources, and learning and development, with extensive involvement in taskforce assignments, hotel transitions, and pre-opening phases. Throughout her career, she has led multicultural teams comprising up to 1,300 colleagues from 45 nationalities and overseen hotel operations in the UAE, Jordan, Egypt, and India.
A committed advocate for women in leadership, Diksha is a member of The Luxury Collective Women Luxury Group in the UAE, actively championing mentorship and leadership development initiatives. Under her leadership, the executive team at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was shortlisted in the Leadership Award categories at the Hotelier Middle East GM Awards 2024, reflecting industry recognition of her impact.
In her new role at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, Diksha will focus on strengthening the resort’s leadership culture, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the long-term strategic vision of the property as a leading wellness and beachfront destination in Abu Dhabi.
