Household favourite, American Garden has joined the sponsor lineup at this year’s Big Food & Beverage Forum, taking place on September 20, at The Westin Mina Seyahi Dubai.
Supplying mayonnaise, peanut butter, ketchup, salad dressings, sauces, syrups and vinegar to name a few to the F&B industry, Majid Ali Mohamed, regional sales manager, global export marketing, explains why the company will be supporting the second edition of Catering News ME’s Big F&B Forum.
Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s Big F&B forum?
As the F&B industry is constantly evolving, American Garden is eager to be part of the action and at the conference we want to showcase our latest product offerings to our colleagues in the industry.
What is your opinion of the Middle East’s F&B landscape?
The Middle East F&B scene is growing at a rapid pace and customers are constantly looking for innovative, new dining options. A classic example why there are so many global brands entering the region and also some home grown brands in the region to offer new, alternative options to the customer.
What new products are you launching this year?
We are always looking at enhancing our portfolio and so we look at various opportunities to add value to our for our clients. For example, we now have larger packets, providing cost effectiveness for the buyer.
Additionally, we recently added the Spice Range and Buffalo style sauce to our range.
What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months?
In the coming 12 months, we look at working closely with home grown concepts to help develop new products for their outlets. We believe the small brands of today could be the next big global brands of tomorrow and we would like to be part of their success story.
We also strive to continue serving our loyal customers, helping them with our various U.S and the Rest of the World range. We are also always keeping a track of the newest F&B trends globally and offering these solutions to our customers.
