Grand Hyatt Dubai has re-launched Italian restaurant, Andiamo, following a refurbishment.
The restaurant has a red Vespa at the entrance, with dark wooden furnishings, cream linens, mosaics, wine bottle chandeliers and an open kitchen with a pizza oven.
A new terrace overlooks Grand Hyatt Dubai’s 37-acre landscaped gardens.
The menu has also been overahauled to include more authentic dishes.
It features chef Alberto Burgio’s Sicilia in Bocca signature pasta with mezze rigatoni in Sicilian pesto, and his signature pizza with pistachio pesto, cherry tomatoes, stracciatella cheese and beef bresaola.
The Dolce Vita Brunch is priced at AED199 with soft beverages and AED299 with free-flowing hops and grape.
It offers pizza and pasta and stations of frito misto, mozzarella and burrata cheese, barbeque options, cold cuts, fish and oysters.
Grand Hyatt Dubai has 674 rooms and suites and 13 restaurants. The hotel offers views over Dubai Creek and the city.
