Central Hotels has announced plans to open three hotels in Dubai in 2017.

There will be one property in the Burj Khalifa district, in Business Bay, with 284 keys, expected to open in the third quarter of 2017. That will be followed by two properties in The Palm, with 208 and 204 keys each.
“2017 is a very exciting year for us with three exceptional properties opening in quick succession,” said Ahmad Ali Al Abdulla Alansaari, chairman of Central Hotels.
“This massive expansion will double our existing inventory of rooms from 524 to 1220 keys and reflects our commitment to serve the needs of our guests with great value in iconic locations such as The Palm and Business Bay.”
The Central Hotels general manager Ammar Kanaan confirmed that all three properties would be in the four-star category.
The firm’s flagship hotel is also situated in Dubai in Barsha Heights near Sheikh Zayed Road.
Alansaari said the company has targeted Saudi Arabia and the UAE as the key areas for future growth.
He said the company is in negotiations for three properties in Saudi Arabia and a further two in the UAE.
