French bakery-café-restaurant chain, Delifrance, has opened venues in Dubai Mall and Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai.
The outlets serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with baked breads, pastries and hot and cold dishes on offer.
Delifrance’s breakfast menu includes dishes such as ‘Tartufon’ and ‘Omelette Nature’ with parmesan cheese, sautéed mushroom and Scottish smoked salmon.
The lunch menu offers Parisian-inspired sandwiches such as ‘Croque Monsieur’ with smoked turkey ham, gruyere cheese, béchamel cheese sauce, and wholegrain mustard, baked with mozzarella.
Other lunch options include burgers, quiches and pastas, while ‘Chocolate Tartes’ and French crepes are some of the dessert items.
The franchise uses recipes from top French chefs, such as Michel Roth.
Delifrance opened its first restaurant in 1984, however its heritage dates back to 1919 as an offset of Grands Moulins de Paris.
Today the brand has over 400 outlets across 13 countries.
