Jumeirah Restaurant Group (JRG) has launched Flow, a new healthy eating and creative hub located in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
A press statement said that Flow has been conceived as a “visionary health hub where guests connect, create and converse to enter the Flow ‘state of mind’ – a mental state where the UAE’s youth and future leaders can achieve maximum potential”.
The concept is borne out of a statement given to the venue from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai: “We are a young country, proud of its youth”.
JRG has overseen all aspects of the outlet’s conceptual, design and project management phases to create an original concept.
JRG general manager, Emma Banks said: “Flow has been created as a healthy-eating hub designed to inspire Dubai’s tomorrow and fuel our future leaders through healthy, ethically-sourced food and fresh, natural beverages.
“Jumeirah Restaurant Group leads the way in pioneering F&B ventures and this latest addition to our expansive portfolio will further strengthen the Group’s diversity. Flow will host the UAE’s next generation of innovative leaders, allowing them to connect, create and converse over nutritious food and specialty coffee.”
The menu will offer small dishes designed for sharing, along with healthy snacks, salads and daily grab-and-go bites.
The hub’s offerings include a mix of vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo-friendly options. Fresh juices and a ‘juice of the week’ will also be available.
Flow will boast the country’s first ‘milk taps’ whereby customers will get to personalise their dishes and drinks as they see fit.
It will also serve as an open workspace with plugs, USB connections and Wi-Fi, while the back of the restaurant can be booked for larger meetings.
The space will host regular roundtables featuring young leaders, with the objective of “stimulating imaginations, reshaping the cultural landscape, cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, and getting guests into the Flow state of mind”, the press statement continued.
