-
Why have you chosen to support BNC Publishing’s GM Leaders Conference? We always support events related to the HoReCa industry such as the F&B Forum and the Leaders in Food & Beverage Awards. We love to give back to the industry that has given so much to us in the past 24 years in the Middle East. Apart from this, it is one of the best venues to showcase and demonstrate any new innovative and/or existing products available in TSSC’s line up at this time.
- What is your opinion of the Middle East’s hospitality landscape? Overall, it will get more and more competitive and you will need to stand out somehow by differentiating yourself from everyone else. This can be done in many ways but one way is to have great F&B concepts that are trendy. Keep in mind, the current market is saturated with restaurants and bars so it is not that simple. You will need to be innovative but never forget what the audience really want i.e. quality food at reasonable prices.
- What new products are you launching this year? We have recently introduced J&J SnackFoods which has a great line up of frozen snacks used in most of the renowned theme parks in the US. Some of the frozen snacks include chocolate chip cookies, double chocolate cookies, churros, stuffed churros, king size pretzels, stuffed pretzels, funnel cake, funnel fries, Luigi’s flavored ice tubes, etc. These high quality products will complement the F&B products on offer in the many of the theme parks that have opened in the region recently.
- What are your company’s plans for the next 12 months? Keep a lookout for a recycling program that we are promoting to help reduce, reuse and recycle.
