A Saudi Arabian hotel brand has created an app that focuses on the spiritual needs of guests to Makkah and Medinah.
Hotel News Middle East caught up with Abdullah Bakarman, corporate marketing manager for Dur Hospitality who was at ATM to talk about the service that the Makarem Hotel chain provides.
“The company recently relaunched the strategy of the brand, the slogan of which is ‘My Journey’ it is all about spirituality,” he said.
“When you visit Makkah and Medinah for a spiritual journey you will see Makarem Hotels there. What makes us unique is that we understand the needs of people making a spiritual journey.”
