Via Veneto Osteria e Cucina has opened in Dubai’s Manzil Downtown.
The property is divided into two sections – the Cucina, located on the ground floor, beside the terrace, and the Osteria, positioned upstairs for patrons who have more time and offers views of the Burj Khalifa.
“It’s been a great personal achievement to have joined the team during the brand development process. Having to create two separate menus has allowed greater creativity in the dishes and an offering that appeals to a wider consumer base,” said Maxime Le Van, head chef.
“The Via Veneto brand doesn’t take itself too seriously, and invites diners to spend the evening in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.”
The trattoria offers all the Italian signatures that would be expected, with a traditional wood-fired oven serving up pizza alongside unique, handmade pasta dishes. The dinner menu also serves up a selection of chef specials such as the Polpo Alla Griglia marinated grilled octopus, potato with sweet pepper and Tagliata Di Manzo sliced chargrilled flank steak with charred onions and grilled lettuce.
